Refund from Yatra.com: Rs.8,500/-: Himani Mehrotra, Pune, Maharashtra Email: himani.mehrotra(at)tcs.com booked two bookings of kingfisher airline on date Wed, 24 Oct,2012, 11:35 with reference number 06081218736 (Pune to delhi) and Mon, 29 Oct,2012 , 09:00 with reference number 06081218215 (Delhi to Pune). Refund from Yepme – Rs.250/- – Mr. Prince Gupta of Faridabad, Haryana 121005 ordered a product with Yepme ( order No.32333647) but the order was cancelled by them without any intimation. Refund from Paytm – Rs.400/-: Mr. Rahul Aggarwal of Punjab (Email: rahulaggarwal248[@]gmail.com) wanted to add 400rs paytm cash to his paytm wallet. The money got debited from his bank account but he did not receive the same in the Paytm account. He was told that the money will be refunded but refund was not done. Refund from Akbar Travels (Rs.4,880): Dr Lopamudra Moharana of Rue La De Lauristan, Pondicherry had posted her complaint on 03-12-2013 regarding non-receipt of refund for the flights cancelled by Air India without any information to the passenger.
