Local cable operator not providing free channels

Respected Sir, I am from Tiruvuru mandal, Krishna district, Andhra Pradesh. Here our cable operator didn’t telecasting the free channels offered by the TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) especially ABN and TV5. Complaint against mumbai-flower-shop.com for non-delivery – Rs.1,399/-: Mr. Ajay Ojha of Kharadi, Maharastra ordered for bunch of flower worth Rs 1399 on 13th Feb through http://www.mumbai-flower-shop.com/.
