Busy InfoTech Pvt. Ltd is charging exorbitant price for upgrading accounting software to access GST norms despite govt. directions. Govt. has declared that GST compliant software will be provided free to all the traders. Busy Info is charging Rs. 2700.00 plus Taxes from its consumers . this is not acceptable. Hidden charges by Makemytrip – USD 70.50 (approx INRS 3,650): Sainath Akula, Parkcrest Cir, VA (Email: sainath.a(at)gmail.com) purchased travel tickets from http://www.makemytrip.com for self and family. After the transaction he noticed additional fee of $70.50 as Foreign Transactional fee in credit card statement which was never disclosed by the agent. Refund from Paytm – Rs. 5,828/- : Mr. Mangesh Sable of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra ordered a Fly F50Q (Blk+Slv) (Black) on 28/04/14. But the supplier (edge infotel) had sent 18 month old imported Fly 50S. Mr. Sable returned the phone with Paytm reverse courier. But he did not receive any replacement or refund.
