Refund from Shopclues – Rs.673/- : Ms. Sujatha Nair of Fort, Mumbai ordered (130128180) for Micro Fibre 3 Double Bedsheets with 6 pillow covers on 24/10/17 with Shoplcues but they sent her one Doormat instead. The customer sent numerous emails to Shopclues but there was no action on their part to resolve the issue. The product was not delivered even after two weeks and he neither got refund. He was given a wrong AWB bluedart tracking no.
