Voltas AC unit replaced: Laxmidhar Mohanty, Nanmangalam, Chennai, Tamilnadu (ldmohanty(at)rediffmail.com) had posted a complaint on 08-06-2010 with regard to defective AC unit and poor service from Viveks, Chennai. Refund claim against Tradus.in – Rs.13,550/-: Mr. Cyril of Kerala (Email: 2maurice(at)gmail.com) had won the an auction for LG LCD Jazz Atom (22 inches) Model : 22LU11UR on tradus.in on 22 April 2010 and made the payment of Rs. 13551.00 on the same day itself. Refund from Ebay – Rs.1,766/- : Mr. Kumar of Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Email: kumar6810[at]gmail.com purchased one Multi Sewing Machine on 13.01.2013. But the item was not delivered. He registered a complaint with Ebay but even after 45 days it was not resolved. He posted his complaint with ICF on 05-05-2013.
