I bought a saree from jiyasaree.com but received a wrong product. I am trying to return the product but I am not getting any option. In their return policy they have asked to return the product if received in damaged condition but there is no option to return the product. And there is no address …

MakeMyTrip.com fails to pay full refund – Rs.1000/-: Mr. Soutik Das (das.soutik@indiatimes.com) of Kolkata had received Rs.1,000/- short against the cancellation refund of his air tickets booked through MakeMyTrip.com. However, the product did not give the desired service as mentioned on the website. The customer had repeately sent e-mails and was assured that they would arrange for reverse pick-up and refund.
