Product not received from instagram vendor after payment

Order placed for scrunchies to https[://]instagram.com/pinkbeebytanisha?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y= . However its been over a month and i have not received the products even after payment was done via UPI through instagram message. Refund from Zenify – Rs.13,000/- : Ms. Sneha Joshi of Bangalore 560076, Karnataka availed flat rental services from Zenify. While terminating the services, Zenify refused to refund full amount and applied wrong charges. She posted her complaint on ICF portal on 18-02-2018 and the matter was taken up with the company.
