Complaint against Petsstore.in – Rs.1,740/-: Ms. Reshma Naha, Kolkata (rainbowresh[at]yahoo.co.in) ordered for two dog toys with Petsstore.in on 18-03-2013. She received the products after two weeks but wrong items were delivered in a poorly packed condition. The store refused to either replace the product nor refund the money. Refund from Snapdeal – Rs. 849/-: Mr. Sandeep Gupta, Ballia, UP had purchased USB power bank from Snapdeal for Rs. 849.00 but it turned out to be defective. This order was returned back to Snapdeal on 10 Jan 2017 but there was no refund of money was done from Snapdeal side. However, the product did not give the desired service as mentioned on the website. The customer had repeately sent e-mails and was assured that they would arrange for reverse pick-up and refund. Complaint against mumbai-flower-shop.com for non-delivery – Rs.1,399/-: Mr. Ajay Ojha of Kharadi, Maharastra ordered for bunch of flower worth Rs 1399 on 13th Feb through http://www.mumbai-flower-shop.com/. Although the amount is transfered but flower was never delivered. Mr. Ojha followed up with the site for last 2.5 months but the amount was still not credited to his account.
