Non-delivery of Ostore24 – Rs.1000/-: Ms. S Shamna of Trivandrum, Kerala (Email: shamna.s[at]nestgroup.net) had Ordered L’Oreal Force Vector Shampoo (1500ml) from Ostore24 online shopping site for Rs.1000 through Internet Banking(SBI), Order ID is 1336. But she did not receive the product even after 15 days. She had sent many mails their support team but got no response. Refund from OYO-Life – Rs.7,999/- : Ms. Ankita Singh of Gurugram, Haryana moved out from OYO-LIFE on 2nd march. She was assured that refund was initiated by them on 7th march but she did not receive the money. She contacted the customer care many times but did not her money back.
