DTDC courier not delivered even after 8 months

We have sent one product through DTDC on 21.10.2016 with Docket No K90984772 but till date it has not delivered. Now When I am asking about this from Patna DTDC customer support team neither they are providing the details nor giving the product back. Top of it their Executive Ms. Axxxxxa behaviour is so rude …

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short-refund – Rs.4,285/-: Mr. Angad Nagpal of Delhi (Email: angad_21(at)hotmail.com) had received short payment of refund against the cancellation of Kingfisher Airlines flight booked through MakeMyTrip in the sum of Rs.4,285/-. After not receiving the short paid refund amount even after reminders, Mr. Nagpal posted his complaint with ICF.
