But she did not receive the product even after 15 days. She had sent many mails their support team but got no response. Refund from MakeMyTrip.com: Mr. Volodymyr, Ukraine, Kiev (Email: oliynikaa(at)voliacable.com) had unsuccessful air ticket booking transaction (FLTINT100095741816) with MakeMyTrip but his credit card was debited for the same. Mr. Volodymyr submitted his complaint with ICF on 20.05.2010. ICF took up the matter with MakeMyTrip and the Mr. Volodymyr got his refund credited to his account on 26-05-2010. Refund from Perfect Value online store – Rs.8,950/- : Mr. Varshil Shah of Ahmedabad 380059, Gujarat placed some orders with Perfect-Value online store. Out of 5 products he received only one that too was damaged. Customer wrote to the company for redressing his grievance but there was no reply from them.
