Refund from Akbar Travels (Rs.4,880): Dr Lopamudra Moharana of Rue La De Lauristan, Pondicherry had posted her complaint on 03-12-2013 regarding non-receipt of refund for the flights cancelled by Air India without any information to the passenger. Mrs. Lopamudra had been communicating over email and telephone with Air India and Akbar travels but refund was not forthcoming. Complaint against Nownaukri – Rs.117,000/- : Mr. Vipin of Chennai 600077, Tamil Nadu was misled into paying a total sum of Rs.117,000/- to nownaukri.com against job offers. However, Mr. Vipin later realised that the offers were not genuine and the company was not fulfilling their promises. He therefore asked for cancellation of the services and sought refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response. His wife admited in hospital referred by the attending doctor. Royal sundaram rejected his Hospital Claim saying that their doctor panel thought that there was no need to admit in Hospital.
