We also faced the same way, they mis-sell saying that they are part of hotel Chain ‘Park Inn’, while they are not, while selling they said 4-5 star hotels would be available even on peak days but in reality none are available….they mentioned that we withdraw any time and money will be refunded on pro-rata …

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short-refund – Rs.4,285/-: Mr. Angad Nagpal of Delhi (Email: angad_21(at)hotmail.com) had received short payment of refund against the cancellation of Kingfisher Airlines flight booked through MakeMyTrip in the sum of Rs.4,285/-. After not receiving the short paid refund amount even after reminders, Mr. Nagpal posted his complaint with ICF. Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace.
