MakeMyTrip.com fails to pay full refund – Rs.1000/-: Mr. Soutik Das (das.soutik@indiatimes.com) of Kolkata had received Rs.1,000/- short against the cancellation refund of his air tickets booked through MakeMyTrip.com. However, the product did not give the desired service as mentioned on the website. The customer had repeately sent e-mails and was assured that they would arrange for reverse pick-up and refund. The shop had assured replacement of AC if he faces any problem. There was problem with AC and he did not get any assistance from the company and the shop.
