Cable Operater from Kamothe Navi Mumbai area has disabled all channels

Kindly do the needful as despite paying the cable charge of 350 every month, Cable operator has disabled all channels saying TRAI has increased the channel fee and hence he wouldn’t be activating the same… When tried calling speaks rudely and….
