Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund claim against Yatra.com – Rs.5089/-: Mr. Sumeet Kumar of Delhi (sumeetkumardas(at)hotmail.com) had booked a ticket from yatra.com from Delhi to Bangalore on 5th Jan 2010 and subsequently cancelled it on the same day. Wrong charges by SBI Card – Rs.26,362/- : Mr. Nagamanoj of Kaggadasapura, Bangalore 560093, Karnataka had converted the entire outstanding on his sbicard credit card to restructuring in the month of Sept 2020. Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails. Refund from OYO-Life – Rs.7,999/- : Ms. Ankita Singh of Gurugram, Haryana moved out from OYO-LIFE on 2nd march. She was assured that refund was initiated by them on 7th march but she did not receive the money. She contacted the customer care many times but did not her money back.
