Refund from Shopclues – Rs.15,990/- : Amit Kumar Nath of Surapet, Vinayagapuram ordered a 32 inch samsung LED tv on shopclues.com on 23rd Jan,2016. vide order no 873104317. Furniture not delivered by Housefull International – Rs.18,190/-: Ms. Sudeshna Mukherjee of Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh placed orders for bed, wardrobe, side table on 06-10-2012. However, until 25-02-2013 delivery was not made and she did not get any assistance from Houseful in resolving the issue. Refund from Ebay – Rs.1,766/- : Mr. Kumar of Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Email: kumar6810[at]gmail.com purchased one Multi Sewing Machine on 13.01.2013. But the item was not delivered. He registered a complaint with Ebay but even after 45 days it was not resolved. He posted his complaint with ICF on 05-05-2013. MakeMyTrip makes short-payment of refund amount – Rs.2,064/- Mr. Girish Kumar Khare of Kanpur had posted a complaint with us on 07-07-2009 with regard to the short-payment received from MakeMyTrip towards cancellation of Tatkal Waiting List ticket for Kanpur to New Delhi route. The Forum took up the matter with MakeMyTrip and could successfully obtain the full refund for Mr. Khare. Makemytrip - 07.07.2009

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails. Refund from Myntra.com -Rs. 2,778.46: Mrs. Ambrine Syeeda, Bangalore placed an order with Myntra.com on 12-12-2014 against order ID: 24549859. A sum of Rs.2,778.46 was deducted from her account but the customer neither got the product nor the money back. She posted her complaint at ICF on 13-01-2015 and got her money back by 22-01-2015. Complaint against Syberplace – Rs.7,999/-: Mrs. Sugi Jose of Rt nagar, Bangalore, Karnataka had placed an order with Syberplace on 07-03-2016 for a smartphone. However, she neither got the phone nor refund and there was no communication from Syberplace. Mrs. Jose posted her complaint with ICF on 24-03-2016 and the matter was taken up Syberplace. After much persuasion and guidance from ICF, the customer got post-dated cheque for refund together with interest. - Mrs. Sugi Jose, Bangalore, Karnataka
