Replacement of Sony TV – Rs.85,000/- : Mr. Ramkumar Kaleeswaran of Bangalore, Karnataka purchased one Sony LED TV from Ezone on 09-05-2016. The product suffered from defects and he had lodged complaint with Sony and Ezone regarding the same. However, except for a technician’s visit, none of the parties took any steps to resolve the matter.
