Non resolution of service issue by ACT Fibernet

I raised a complaint with ACT Fibernet regarding my internet connection. It had stopped working. Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October. But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme. Refund from Snapdeal – Rs. 849/-: Mr. Sandeep Gupta, Ballia, UP had purchased USB power bank from Snapdeal for Rs. 849.00 but it turned out to be defective. This order was returned back to Snapdeal on 10 Jan 2017 but there was no refund of money was done from Snapdeal side. Refund from Homeshop18 – Rs.5,699/-: Mr. Dileep Kumar Gupta of Sultanpur, Uttar Pradesh (Email: shivshantgupta[@]gmail.com) ordered a projector with Homeshop18, and receive this by paying cash 5699/-. But the product did not work and was sent back to Homeshop18. He however did not get refund and posted his complaint with ICF on 05-01-2015. LIC not reissuing survival/maturity benefit cheque: Ms. Neetu Singh, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh LIC policy matured on 27-02-2013 but the maturity cheque was despatched to the old address even though she had provided the required NEFT mandate with new address. LIC said it will take time to get back the cheque and issue no payment instructions. She posted her complaint at ICF on 01-04-2013 and subsequently got the amount by 12-04-2013. Damaged air cooler from PayTM – Rs.7599/- : Mr. Abhishek Verma of Nagawara, Bangalore 560077 placed an order for a Symphony air cooler with PayTM on 31st March 2017 but received a broken piece. Refund from MMT – Rs.1,600/- : Mr Sangin Soni, Vadodara 390010, Gujarat (sangin.soni[@]cssgroupindia.com) booked ticket on makemytrip website on 5th Dec’14 from Ahmedabad to Pune. He did not get any confirmation from MMT or transaction SMS from the credit card company. Therefore he booked the same ticket through another travel portal.
