Replacement of Micromax mobile by lalajionline.com: Mr. Suraj Kakwani of Thane, Maharashtra(Email: suraj_8288(at)hotmail.com) purchased one Micromax mobile from lalajionline.com. The mobile had camera problem and was replaced by Lalaji. However, even the replacement mobile was a defective one. Repeated follow-ups by Mr. Kakwani produced no results and he posted his complaint with ICF on 27.11.2012. The issue was resolved by replacement of the mobile by Lalaji. Lalajionline.com

Products from Asian Paints, repairs Rs.1,98,000/- : Mr. Anoop Singh Slathia of Jammu & Kashmir had purchased adhesive chemical from Asian Paints dealer on various dates for laying wall tiles.
