Refund not received from Paytm after flight cancellation

I had booked ticket through goair from patna to banglore from paytm and had cancelled the ticket by contacting goair. But i was not getting the refund. I had escalated the issue to paytm to refund the money but they are showing the status as amount recieved but i have not got the refund yet. …

Refund from Jabong – Rs.1208/- : Ms. Pinky Das, Kolkata ordered products from Jabong of Rs. 1208/- on 16th August 2015 Order number 160816185908143 by using my credit card via Paytm Gateway.
