Refund from snapdeal.com – Rs.22,000/- : Salil Tripathi of Chinchwad, Pune-411019, Maharashtra (saliltripathi.8889[@]outlook.com) ordered Iphone 4 through snapdeal.com on 12th Nov 2014. He did not receive the product though the company gave a non-existing Bluedart AWB. The customer asked for refund but the refund was not forthcoming. Refund for defective product from Homeshop18: Mr. Suman Macherla of Moula Ali, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh (Email: mac.sum[at]gmail.com) purchased Wespro charger(order no:948245695 from HomeShop18 and received a defective product on July 8th 2014. As per return policy he mailed them on 9th July 2014 but did not get any response for his mails and telephone calls. He posted his complaint on 22-07-2014 and the matter was taken up with Homeshop18.
