I purchased O General Ac in June 2022. During the servicing (First Paid Service) of unit on 30 Mar 2024 AC slipped from the hands of technician and some breakage was observed after unusual working of AC. Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
