Consignment misplaced by Skyking couriers

We had a courier from Kolkata through skyking on 15th Oct 2019 where after following up so many time, now they are saying the parcel got misplaced. I have my cheque book in that parcel which could go to wrong hands. I dont want refund but strict action against them. Cheque book was important for …

Refund from Emyntra -Rs.5,846: Mr. Ajay Shah of Worli, Mumbai, Maharashtra (akscain[@]gmail.com) ordered for shoes through emyntra.com. After the initial payment of Rs.2,890/- he was lured to pay additional sum of Rs.2,956/- towards complimentary Lenovo Tablet. Voltas AC unit replaced: Laxmidhar Mohanty, Nanmangalam, Chennai, Tamilnadu (ldmohanty(at)rediffmail.com) had posted a complaint on 08-06-2010 with regard to defective AC unit and poor service from Viveks, Chennai. Refund from Shopkaar.com – Rs.5,999/- : Gautam Kumar Prasad, Kathara, Bokaro 829116, Jharkhand ordered for a Redmi mobile worth Rs.5999/- on website shopkaar.com through online payment. After a week, this site had been closed and his order did not get delivered. He also did not get his refund. Mr. Prasad posted his complaint with ICF on 05-01-2018 and the matter was taken up with the parties concerned. After follow-ups, Mr. Prasad got refund on 13-01-2018.
