Complaint regarding refund due from Travolook

Complaint against Travolook website. Value: 6178 Had booked tickets in the month of January and February from Travolook website. On both occasions they cancelled the ticket and have yet not refunded the money inspite of continuous follwups on mail and phone. Hospital Cash claim rejected by Royal Sundaram: Mr. Ashish Saxena of Indore (Email: monikaakskwr(at)gmail.com) had taken Hospital cash Insurance from Royal Sundaram for him and his wife. His wife admited in hospital referred by the attending doctor. Royal sundaram rejected his Hospital Claim saying that their doctor panel thought that there was no need to admit in Hospital. Refund from Slocum Management – Rs.10,000/-: Mr. Ritesh Kumar of Serilingampally, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh (ritesh.keshwathkar[at]gmail.com) paid a sum of Rs.10,000/- against an advance of Rs.20,000/- to Slocum Management Consultancy for YEP.
