Cable Services Blocked by Local Cable Operator

Our Local Cable Operator of FASTWAY CABLE was asking for more money which was more then the due payment decided by FASTWAY. Refund from styletag.com – Rs.3,948/-: Ms. Swati Jain of Agra, U.P (jainswati16[@]gmail.com) placed an order with styletag.com on 18-10-2014 for 5 items but received one one after one month and remaining items were not delivered. There was no response from the portal to her complaints. She posted her complaint at India Consumer Forum on 22-11-2014 and the complaint was taken up with the portal. Refund from Jabong – Rs.1208/- : Ms. Pinky Das, Kolkata ordered products from Jabong of Rs. 1208/- on 16th August 2015 Order number 160816185908143 by using my credit card via Paytm Gateway. Due to delay of delivery, the order was cancelleded. Jabong said they have initiated the refund on 21st August 2016 and their transfer is successful and the refund was done to Paytm. Refund from Makemytrip – Rs.11,000/- : Ms. Shrawani silwal of Bangalore booked Spicejet flight for 9thJan 2015. However, the flight was non operational and the booking for both ways got cancelled. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace.
