Refund for defective product from Homeshop18: Mr. Suman Macherla of Moula Ali, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh (Email: mac.sum[at]gmail.com) purchased Wespro charger(order no:948245695 from HomeShop18 and received a defective product on July 8th 2014. As per return policy he mailed them on 9th July 2014 but did not get any response for his mails and telephone calls. He posted his complaint on 22-07-2014 and the matter was taken up with Homeshop18. Refund from Pantaloons – Rs.2,000/- : Ms. Vidya Venugopalan of Chennai 600090, Tamil Nadu ordered product worth Rs 2000 on 14th July with a delivery commitment of 10 days. However, the product was not dispatched and there was no update from the portal even after raising complaint by the customer.
