Refund from Ebay – Rs.1,766/- : Mr. Kumar of Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Email: kumar6810[at]gmail.com purchased one Multi Sewing Machine on 13.01.2013. But the item was not delivered. He registered a complaint with Ebay but even after 45 days it was not resolved. He posted his complaint with ICF on 05-05-2013. Refund from Expedia.com – Rs.9,925/-: Ms. Namrata Arora of ASHWINI LAYOUT, BANGALORE, KARNATAKA (Email: namratagrover27(at)gmail.com) For cancellation of a US domestic flight booked at Expedia.co.in, the customer care personnel told that Ms. Arora would get the refund in 6-10 working days after deduction of INR 1000. Refund from Makemytrip – Rs.11,000/- : Ms. Shrawani silwal of Bangalore booked Spicejet flight for 9thJan 2015. However, the flight was non operational and the booking for both ways got cancelled.
