Complaint regarding instagram vendor mtriok.shop wrong delivery

Instagram fraud. Value: 499 I bought a set 16 undergarments from a page name mtriok.shop but i received a used bra with cardboard. I have been cheated, the mail id of owner mxxxxxxx8@outlook.com is not responding, i have paid 499 for the product. I received it just today. Wrongful demand from Zoomcar – Rs.6,000/- : Mr. Avisek Chakraborty, Kolkata 700050, West Bengal availed car rental service from zoomcar in Bangalore on 16-12-2018. He had used the car for extra one hour and for which he paid additiona hire charges however the customer was presented with a demand Notice for additional Rs.6000/-.
