Refund from Safal Teachers institute – Rs.3000/-: Ms. Namrata Gorava, Mumbai, Maharashtra had paid Rs.3000/- for a course but she did not attend the same and she wanted refund. She requested the institute for refund but did not get any response. Ms. Gorava posted her complaint with ICF on 11-07-2019 and the matter was taken up with the institute. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Complaint against ABN Amro for debiting twice for a single IRCTC ticket booking transaction – Rs.1290/-: Jahnavi Ayachitam of Bangalore had tried to book train ticket from IRCTC(site using ABNAMRO debit card on 2nd May 2009 for Rs.1290 from Bangalore to Hyderabad. Refund from Yepme.com – Rs.1046/- Amrita Seal of New Alipur, West Bengal (Email: amrita.seal88(at)gmail.com) had ordered Two product in Yepme.com (online shopping) worth Rs.1046.
