Complaint regarding Hathway broadband service

We have subscribed to hathway internet for 6 months for Rs.4950 on 30th December however, we have shifted to a new house in another area (Domlur Layout). Hathway customer service has refused to set up the connection to this new house and has refused to pay our money back. Hathway does not service to this …
