Channels turned off by DEN cable services

Channels turned off even after TRAI guide lines. Value: 350.00 per month. DEN cable has turned off most of the channels even after TRAI’s clear guide lines and its been a month since we are not able to view all the channels. They dont even respond to calls. As per the consumer, the agency provided fake number and contact for proposal was not genuine. Mr. Singh requested for refund which was denied.
