Refund from Travolook – Rs.3,279/- : Mr. Animesh Patnaik of Raipur 492001, Chattisgarh booked a flight ticket from Prayagraj to Bhubaneshwar (Indigo Airlines) on 9th Aug, 2021 from website travolook.in. Replacement by Fire Boltt – Rs.3,999/- : Mr. Ajit Kumar of Patna, Bihar 800023 purchased Fire Boltt smart watch from Amazon but faced issues with the device within the warranty period. Customer lodged a complaint through Boltt portal and also wrote emails to them but to no avail. He submitted his complaint with ICF on 07-10-2021 and the matter was taken up with the company.
