I have booked ticket in satyagarh train no 15273 from gorkhpur to Delhi in 3AC with PNR No-6104773203 on 2nd Sep but on the journey date at 11:45am I got the massage that train is got cancelled so I have not file the tdr because as I know if the train cancelled the refund is …
