Replacement by Micromax – Rs.9,000/- : Mr. Somanathan M of Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu purchased Micromax Canvas A120 on Sep-2014. He faced problems since December 2014 and submitted the device to the service centre many times. But the issues could not be resolved. He posted his complaint with ICF on 02-03-2015 and the matter was taken up with the company. After follow-ups, the customer got replacement device on or about 12-03-2015. Refund from Amante Lingerie – Rs.1,148/-: Ms. Akanksha Singh of Jankipuram, Lucknow 226021 placed an order on www.amantelingerie.in which was unsuccessful and the amount got debited from her A/C but no order confirmation received.
