I got a site through mail and on that site i got all detail from there so registered for a plan at rs 369. But after registering and paying there was no response from company the site is deltainfotech.in so please help me with this and create awareness about this i am ataching my mail …

Complaint against Syberplace – Rs.7,999/-: Mrs. Sugi Jose of Rt nagar, Bangalore, Karnataka had placed an order with Syberplace on 07-03-2016 for a smartphone. However, she neither got the phone nor refund and there was no communication from Syberplace. Mrs. Jose posted her complaint with ICF on 24-03-2016 and the matter was taken up Syberplace. Refund from Yepme.com – Rs.1046/- Amrita Seal of New Alipur, West Bengal (Email: amrita.seal88(at)gmail.com) had ordered Two product in Yepme.com (online shopping) worth Rs.1046. Yepme mailed Mr. Seal that since the product was out of stock they will refund the money. However, till lodging the complaint with ICF on 05-12-2012 he did not receive refund. Refund from Makemytrip – Rs.6,688/-: Mr. Anshu Tomar of Hyderabad, Telengana booked Spicejet ticket from Hyd to Del- SG226 (Travel date: 25 Dec 2014) & Del to Hyd ( Travel date: 4 Jan 2015)-SG235. He subsequently cancelled his Spicejet tickets on 24-12-2014 due to operational issues of Spicejet. Refund from Lenovo – Rs.17,000: Mr. Manish Advani, Chembur, Mumbai, Maharashtra (manish.advani[@]mahindrassg.com) had submitted his Lenovo P780 for repairs on 13-11-2014 and was told that he would get back the device in 10 days. But even after two weeks the device was not ready and he was told that the spares are not available. Mr. Advani posted his complaint with ICF on 27-11-2014 and the matter was taken up with Lenovo.
