Order 4 frames under two different orders on a website called snapstore. Website: thesnapstore.com. order 3 frames and paid 1137rs that is 379rs each frame. Refund from Zenify – Rs.13,000/- : Ms. Sneha Joshi of Bangalore 560076, Karnataka availed flat rental services from Zenify. While terminating the services, Zenify refused to refund full amount and applied wrong charges. She posted her complaint on ICF portal on 18-02-2018 and the matter was taken up with the company.
