Complaint against Petsstore.in – Rs.1,740/-: Ms. Reshma Naha, Kolkata (rainbowresh[at]yahoo.co.in) ordered for two dog toys with Petsstore.in on 18-03-2013. She received the products after two weeks but wrong items were delivered in a poorly packed condition. The store refused to either replace the product nor refund the money. Refund from Snapdeal – Rs. 849/-: Mr. Sandeep Gupta, Ballia, UP had purchased USB power bank from Snapdeal for Rs. 849.00 but it turned out to be defective. This order was returned back to Snapdeal on 10 Jan 2017 but there was no refund of money was done from Snapdeal side. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same. However, the product did not give the desired service as mentioned on the website. The customer had repeately sent e-mails and was assured that they would arrange for reverse pick-up and refund. Although the amount is transfered but flower was never delivered. Mr. Ojha followed up with the site for last 2.5 months but the amount was still not credited to his account.
