Bought Symphony Air Cooler but no one responds for Installation

Its been from 2 days w e are following it up with Symphony for installation of our newly purchased aircooler, but no one responds. They do not have a proper customer care nor a proper response on mail. Its really waste of my money if it cannot be installed. No one calls us nor responds …

Refund from Asia Steel – Rs.5,000/-: Mr. Navin Prasath of Ullagaram, Chennai 600091, Tamil Nadu had ordered for an antique oval sofa plus other items by paying a sum of Rs.5,000/- in advance on 04-11-2017. Even after three months he did not get delivery of the products. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same. The customer reported this to Homeshop18 and returned the product as per their instructions. He however did not get refund even after repeated contacts with HS18.
