Dish TV not providing all the subscribed channels

Dish TV is not providing the channels that is subscribed to me. Instead they are saying my area is under “Cable violent Area”. Which does not makes any sense. I feel completely cheated. They have to either fix the issue and provide me the channels i have paid for or return my money. Thank you …
