PAN Card not deliver by Velex Logistic courier

My PAN Card was dispatched by NSDL on dated 3-Aug-2020 but still not deliver to me by company on my address, also there is not contact number or address provided to contact him. Airway bill no. 23311841845. I am facing problem without PAN Card because of TAX purpose. Please do a necessary action against this …

After a week, this site had been closed and his order did not get delivered. He also did not get his refund.
