Complaint against BSNL for not attending to broadband shifting application: Mr Amaresh Chandra Das of Kavoor, Mangalore-15, Karnatak had applied in June 2009 for shifting of his telephone with broadband to his new address. His application remain unattended till 23-09-2009 when he posted his complaint in the Forum. ICF took up the matter with BSNL officials who were kind enough to resolve the issue. Complaint against satvikshop.com for non-delivery – Rs.199/-. Kishore K, Chandanagar, Hyderabad, andhra pradesh Email: kallepu_k(at)yahoo.com bought Dabur honey from satvik shop.com Jan 2 2013 via order no7000018208. They failed to deliver the product even after continuous follow up. They finally said the would refund the money but Mr. Kishore did not get the money. Refund from Ostore24 – Rs.575/-: Bhupendra Juvatkar of Thane – 400605, Maharashtra (Email: bhupen_j[at]hotmail.com) ordered 4 Fa Men Deodorant for Rs575.00 plus Rs. 5 shipping on 20th June, 2013 through Axis Credit card, Order ID is 1116. But he did not receive the product even after a month. He sent Many mails to their support team got no response. Refund from Nutrabay – Rs.5,235/-: Mr. Midhun Jyothis of Mangaluru 575007, Karnataka purchased Super Mass Gainer powder from Nutrabay on 16-01-2021. Customer was not satisfied with the quality and taste of the product received by him and reported the same to Nutrabay with a request for refund. Since he did not get refund he posted his complaint with ICF on 21-01-2021 and the matter was taken up with Nutrabay and the distributor. From the day he was having problems with the machine. He many times but he was not getting service from Prestige. Quality complaint against Monginis cake: Ms. Dipika Mulchandani, Ghatkopar(w) mum 86, Maharastra (Email: dipikam86(at)gmail.com) purchased a cake from a local Monginis outlet at ghatkopar station west on the occassion of Mother’s day. It was later found that the cake appeared to be of not good quality and therefore she returned the cake to the monginis outlet and further it was returned to the company. Refund from Paytm – Rs.5,799/- : Mr. Kishan Kalariya of Bangalore had ordered one Sketechers brand shoes worth of 5799 INR/- from Paytm website order no 2824303633 and when he opened the box there was no shoes. The product was not shipped even after 10 days though the Fitnessworld gave false way bill numbers. Mr. Das posted his complaint with ICF on 25-11-2014 and the matter was taken up with the company.
