MakeMyTrip.com fails to pay full refund – Rs.1000/-: Mr. Soutik Das (das.soutik@indiatimes.com) of Kolkata had received Rs.1,000/- short against the cancellation refund of his air tickets booked through MakeMyTrip.com. Refund from Hitplay: Piyushi Gupta (piyushigupta9[at]gmail.com) of Manesar, Gurgaon, Haryana had ordered a citrus spritzer-home on 15/05/2013. However, the product did not give the desired service as mentioned on the website. The customer had repeately sent e-mails and was assured that they would arrange for reverse pick-up and refund. Complaint regarding Daikin AC – Rs.36,000/- : Mr. Raghavul v v of Nidadavole 534342, Andhra Pradesh bought a Daikin AC from Whynot showroom on 22-03-2016. The shop had assured replacement of AC if he faces any problem. There was problem with AC and he did not get any assistance from the company and the shop.
