Failed transaction refund from Flipkart – Rs.3,320/- : Domnic Nadar, Bannerghatta Road, Karnataka (Email: domnic.nadar[at]gmail.com) placed an order on flipkart using Net banking option on 15th of May, 2013. Refund coupon from Ebay – Rs.480/- : Mr. Debapriyo Jana, Ichapur, Kolkata 743144, West Bengal returned a product to the Ebay Seller against which the Seller had assured refund coupon. As he did not receive the coupon even after 4 weeks, he posted his complaint with ICF on 16-08-2016. Complaint regarding Vox heater brought through Ebay.in: NAINESH KAPADIA, Gangotri Soc, behind gandhi kutir, Gujarat (naineshkapadiaisavailable(at)gmail.com) purchased one Vox heater through Ebay.in. Upon receipt he found the appliance was of poor quality with broken parts inside. His complaints to Ebay went in vain and he posted his complaint with ICF on 26-01-2013. SBI Reward Points – Rs. 14,265/- – Mr. Vipul Goel, of Nawabganj, Kanpur 208002, Uttar Pradesh had 57060 SBI reward points(worth ?14265) linked to SBI account. He tried redeeming those points on mobikwik through maxgetmore. The points were deducted but money was not added to mobikwik. Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Complaint against BSNL for not attending to broadband shifting application: Mr Amaresh Chandra Das of Kavoor, Mangalore-15, Karnatak had applied in June 2009 for shifting of his telephone with broadband to his new address. Though the amount was debited from his account but not recieved by flipkart. Mr. Jain complained about this to Goolgle Pay but the issue was not resolved.
