Mobile not received from Flipkart even after 10 days

Mobile not Delivered (Redmi note 5 32,Honour Lite 32). Value: 18500. I have purchaged 2 mobile from flipkart but yet not recieved . I have purchaged on 14 of may 2018 and delevry was on 19th of may but today 22 of may i have not recieved my product also no one giving correct information …

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. She posted her complaint with ICF on 18-05-2014 and after follow-up with Homeshop18 she got replacement by 24-05-2014. Amballa Cantt., Haryana

Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. ICF pursued his complaint with MakeMyTrip.com and Mr. Sudheer finally received the refund on 22-03-2010. Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer, Bangalore - 22.03.2010

Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
