Complaint against cable operator for security deposit refund

Non returning of set up box security money by cable operatorle operater. Value: 1500. I have take a new conmection of cable TV in May 2018 and deposited 1500 rs as security money. But now i want to deposit set up box to cable operator he deny to refund any money. Please solve my issue …

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
