Refund from Amante Lingerie – Rs.1,148/-: Ms. Akanksha Singh of Jankipuram, Lucknow 226021 placed an order on www.amantelingerie.in which was unsuccessful and the amount got debited from her A/C but no order confirmation received. Repair work by Asian Paints for faulty product: Mr. Anoop Slathia of Jammu purchased adhesive chemical purchased from Asian Paints dealers for laying wall tiles. Replacement of Micromax mobile by lalajionline.com: Mr. Suraj Kakwani of Thane, Maharashtra(Email: suraj_8288(at)hotmail.com) purchased one Micromax mobile from lalajionline.com. The mobile had camera problem and was replaced by Lalaji. However, even the replacement mobile was a defective one. Repeated follow-ups by Mr. Kakwani produced no results and he posted his complaint with ICF on 27.11.2012. The issue was resolved by replacement of the mobile by Lalaji. Lalajionline.com

Refund from MakeMyTrip.com: Mr. Volodymyr, Ukraine, Kiev (Email: oliynikaa(at)voliacable.com) had unsuccessful air ticket booking transaction (FLTINT100095741816) with MakeMyTrip but his credit card was debited for the same. Mr. Volodymyr submitted his complaint with ICF on 20.05.2010. ICF took up the matter with MakeMyTrip and the Mr. Volodymyr got his refund credited to his account on 26-05-2010. Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days. Mr. Dasgupta posted his complaint with ICF on 03-05-2017 and the matter was taken up with Micromax. Finally, Mr. Dasgupta got a new replacement pone on 12-05-2017.

Refund from Makemytrip – Rs.11,000/- : Ms. Shrawani silwal of Bangalore booked Spicejet flight for 9thJan 2015. However, the flight was non operational and the booking for both ways got cancelled. Even after a month she did not get refund from Makemytrip or Spicejet. She posted her complaint with ICF on 08-03-2015 and the matter was taken up with MMT. The customer reported this to Homeshop18 and returned the product as per their instructions. He however did not get refund even after repeated contacts with HS18.
