Complaint regarding delivery by Jabong

They promised to deliver the item within few days but 12 day’s passed and there is no response from jabong about the delivery status.. I have already paid the money… They are not responding… Please please please don’t buy anything from jabong.. Worst service… It’s not about the money but about the trust… From jabong …
