Refund from Neartion – Rs.326/-: Mr. Sd Bhatia of Agra 282005, Uttar Pradesh placed an order for Sandisk 16GB pendirve with Neartion on 15.01.2017. However, even after two months the product was not delivered and no refund made. Several reminders by customer went in vain and Mr. Bhatia posted his complaint with ICF on 05-03-2017. LIC not reissuing survival/maturity benefit cheque: Ms. Neetu Singh, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh LIC policy matured on 27-02-2013 but the maturity cheque was despatched to the old address even though she had provided the required NEFT mandate with new address. LIC said it will take time to get back the cheque and issue no payment instructions. She posted her complaint at ICF on 01-04-2013 and subsequently got the amount by 12-04-2013.
