Refund from Expedia.com – Rs.9,925/-: Ms. Namrata Arora of ASHWINI LAYOUT, BANGALORE, KARNATAKA (Email: namratagrover27(at)gmail.com) For cancellation of a US domestic flight booked at Expedia.co.in, the customer care personnel told that Ms. Arora would get the refund in 6-10 working days after deduction of INR 1000. Refund from Yepme.com – Rs.1046/- Amrita Seal of New Alipur, West Bengal (Email: amrita.seal88(at)gmail.com) had ordered Two product in Yepme.com (online shopping) worth Rs.1046. Yepme mailed Mr. Seal that since the product was out of stock they will refund the money. However, till lodging the complaint with ICF on 05-12-2012 he did not receive refund.
